Delivery address for returns

How does the return or an exchange work or how do I behave in a warranty case?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you can of course return it to the above delivery address within 14 days. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one.

The goods must not show any signs of use.

The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. We recommend shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so that you can prove your return in the event of loss.

If your product has defects or errors, we would appreciate a note describing them as precisely as possible.

After your return arrives with us, your return will be processed accordingly.

Please note that this process can take up to two weeks.
